It’s already been 18 years since Bristol-based animation studio Aardman (Wallace & Gromit, Shaun the sheep...) presented their first feature film. This pastiche of The Great Escape received critical acclaim and was a commercial hit. It remains the best incarnation of its auteurs’ work, with their unique animation technique and humor.
